From first login to a running factory

Sinaa is designed so a small factory can start in days, not months — and a large one can move department by department.

Four steps

  1. Sign up online

Give your factory’s name, country and what it makes, and confirm your email: your factory starts at once on a 14-day free trial. Prefer that we set it up? Ask our team.

  2. Follow the setup assistant

A guided assistant takes you through your company, accounts, sites, work centres, items and team, with starter lists for your industry. Sinaa shows the modules your answers call for; you can switch them in Settings.

  3. Bring your data

Import items, customers, suppliers and other lists from Excel or CSV with our templates, with a preview of errors before anything is saved.

  4. Go live and grow

Put tablets at the stations and scanners in the warehouse, and add modules as they arrive and as you need them — no new system and no integration project.

A day in a factory running on Sinaa

A metal-fabrication plant, from the first shift to the owner’s evening review — the product as designed, once the first release and the AI assistant arrive.

  1. The shift starts. Operators sign in with their badge and each station shows today’s jobs in priority order.

  2. Press brake 2 stops. The operator taps “machine down”; maintenance and the supervisor are alerted at once.

  3. A customer asks for 60 more desks. Sales checks stock and capacity and promises a real date in minutes.

  4. Steel arrives. The storekeeper scans it in, the mill certificate is attached to the lot and the waiting job is released.

  5. The Wi-Fi drops in the paint shop. Work carries on offline and syncs when the connection returns.

  6. The owner reviews output, scrap, late orders and job margins — and asks the assistant what to fix tomorrow.
