The secure multi-tenant core every module stands on. In progress: much of it is built, the rest comes next.

• Built: each factory’s data isolated in the database, sign-in with two-step verification, 77 roles, approvals and an audit trail of every change
• Built: light, dark and shop-floor themes, Arabic first
• Built: an app shell that opens without a connection, and an operator terminal that keeps its taps until the connection returns
• Built: IDs, bank details and salaries encrypted again with keys unique to each factory
• Built: in-app support, with requests and “report a problem” answered by our team
• Next: backups copied outside our hosting, sealed to an offline key
