Questions factories ask us

Yes. Sign up online and your factory starts at once on a 14-day free trial, or ask our team to set it up for you. Every feature on this site is labelled: “Available now” works today, and the rest shows whether it arrives with the first release, version 1.0 or later.

One price per factory: a 14-day free trial, then $499 a month or $4,999 a year (the year saves $989, about two months), with unlimited users and every module as it arrives. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies. No setup fee. For now we invoice you and you pay by bank transfer; online card payment comes later.

Yes — Arabic is designed in from the first screen. Every screen built so far works in Arabic with right-to-left layouts, and every user can switch to English at any time. Friday–Saturday weekends (or any other) and Ramadan hours and shifts are already built into working calendars and rosters; Arabic documents and labels and Hijri dates are built too.

The operator terminal already keeps working without a connection in our internal alpha: it records starts, stops, quantities and scrap on the device and sends them, once each and in order, when the connection returns. The full-shift guarantee, tested on real devices, comes with the first release.

The website and the app are hosted by Netlify, and the API and database by Railway; email will go through Resend once we switch it on. Customer data is stored in Railway’s EU West region (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), the closest of its regions to the Middle East and Africa; Railway is a US company. Our data processing agreement will list every provider that processes data, and where. Today your data is already isolated from every other company inside the database itself, and our support team can look only when you grant time-limited access. With the first release, sensitive fields will also be encrypted with keys unique to your company.

Yes. Lists have Excel and CSV import templates today, with a preview of errors before anything is saved. Opening balances can be brought in with the first release, and ready-made importers for common systems such as Odoo, Zoho and QuickBooks arrive with version 1.0.

Yes. From the first release, Sinaa will export invoices and journals as Excel or CSV for your accounting system; ready-made formats for Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and Odoo arrive with version 1.0, when you can also move to Sinaa’s own accounting.

E-invoicing is planned for version 1.0, starting with Saudi Arabia’s ZATCA Phase 2, followed by other countries in the region. Until then, invoices can be passed to your existing compliant system.

Nothing special: any modern browser, plus tablets for stations and phone cameras or barcode scanners for the warehouse if you want them: barcode scanners already work on the warehouse screens, and phone-camera scanning arrives with the first release. No servers to install.

The assistant arrives with version 1.0. It answers from our guides, with sources, and reads your factory’s data only if your company switches it on and only within each user’s permissions. It will never train models on your data, and it will never save a change without the user confirming it. Until then, the guides and walkthroughs show how to do each task.

Always. Exporting every list and document in open formats arrives with the first release, and exporting your whole company at any time with version 1.0. From version 1.0, when an account is deleted its encryption keys will be destroyed, so the data cannot be read again.
