Yes. Sign up online and your factory starts at once on a 14-day free trial, or ask our team to set it up for you. Every feature on this site is labelled: “Available now” works today, and the rest shows whether it arrives with the first release, version 1.0 or later.
How much does it cost?
One price per factory: a 14-day free trial, then $499 a month or $4,999 a year (the year saves $989, about two months), with unlimited users and every module as it arrives. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies. No setup fee. For now we invoice you and you pay by bank transfer; online card payment comes later.
Does it really work in Arabic?
Yes — Arabic is designed in from the first screen. Every screen built so far works in Arabic with right-to-left layouts, and every user can switch to English at any time. Friday–Saturday weekends (or any other) and Ramadan hours and shifts are already built into working calendars and rosters; Arabic documents and labels and Hijri dates are built too.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The operator terminal already keeps working without a connection in our internal alpha: it records starts, stops, quantities and scrap on the device and sends them, once each and in order, when the connection returns. The full-shift guarantee, tested on real devices, comes with the first release.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
The website and the app are hosted by Netlify, and the API and database by Railway; email will go through Resend once we switch it on. Customer data is stored in Railway’s EU West region (Amsterdam, the Netherlands), the closest of its regions to the Middle East and Africa; Railway is a US company. Our data processing agreement will list every provider that processes data, and where. Today your data is already isolated from every other company inside the database itself, and our support team can look only when you grant time-limited access. With the first release, sensitive fields will also be encrypted with keys unique to your company.
